BLS International Spain Visa: Flight and Hotel Reservation Requirements

BLS International Spain Visa: Travel Document Rules

Applying for a Spanish Schengen Visa requires booking an in-person biometrics appointment through BLS International. Spanish consular authorities enforce specific guidelines regarding transport and accommodation documents.

BLS Spain Document Verification Checklist

1. Round-Trip Flight Reservation: Must outline clear transit through European or international hubs to a Spanish airport (Madrid Barajas - MAD, Barcelona El Prat - BCN, Malaga - AGP). The reservation must show passenger names matching the passport exactly.
2. Hotels Matching Spain's Main Destination Rule: If you are visiting multiple Schengen states (e.g., Spain and Portugal), your hotel reservations at BLS must prove that Spain accounts for the majority of nights.
3. Prepaid vs. Tentative Bookings: BLS application guidelines state that reservations with confirmed booking references are acceptable. You do not need to buy final airline tickets before your visa is granted.
