1. About Our Service

Dummy Ticket Factory provides dummy flight itineraries and hotel reservations for the sole purpose of visa applications, travel planning, and proof of onward travel. These tickets contain verifiable, active Passenger Name Records (PNRs) that can be verified through airline GDS systems for a limited period.

⚠️ Important Disclaimer: Our dummy tickets are NOT real, confirmed, or paid airline tickets. They are temporary itinerary reservations intended only for visa purposes, embassy submissions, and travel documentation. They must not be used for actual boarding or travel.

2. User Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age.
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You will use our services only for lawful purposes (visa applications, itinerary planning, travel documentation).
All information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activity that occurs under your account.
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans

We offer several subscription tiers for B2B travel agents:

Pro ($20/month or $200/year): Unlimited flight dummy tickets only.
Max ($30/month or $300/year): Unlimited flights + hotel dummy bookings.
Ultimate ($50/month or $500/year): Unlimited flights + hotels + car rentals.

All plans are billed in advance. Features and access are subject to the selected plan. Dummy Ticket Factory reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our services to:

Commit fraud or deceive any person or organisation (beyond the intended use for legitimate visa documentation).
Use dummy tickets as genuine boarding passes to attempt to board any aircraft.
Resell or redistribute our dummy tickets without explicit written authorisation.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with our security features.
Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code to our platform.
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Dummy Ticket Factory and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our services at any time. We will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

8. PNR Validity & Airline Policies

All dummy tickets are generated using live GDS systems. However, airlines may cancel or modify unticketted PNRs at any time without notice. We cannot guarantee that a PNR will remain valid for any specific duration. Ticket validity typically ranges from 24 hours to 7 days depending on the route and airline.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dummy Ticket Factory shall not be liable for:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Visa rejections based on the use of our dummy tickets.
PNR expiry or cancellation by airlines before intended use.
Losses resulting from your reliance on the accuracy of generated documents.
Any third-party actions or decisions based on our documents.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dummy Ticket Factory, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dummy Ticket Factory operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
