- Banking Requirement: Income must be deposited into a foreign or Sri Lankan offshore banking facility.
- Family Inclusions: Spouses and dependent children are eligible to accompany the primary applicant for an additional nominal permit fee.
- Employment Proof: Valid employment contracts or continuous freelance client retainers.
- Return Flight / Onward Journey: Mandatory flight booking demonstrating entry and scheduled departure dates.
