Stages of the UAE Employment Visa Process
- MOHRE Job Offer & Labor Contract: The sponsoring employer in Dubai issues an official job offer letter signed by both employer and employee.
- Work Entry Permit (Pink Visa): The employer applies for an initial entry permit enabling the worker to travel legally to the UAE.
